Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Reliable Appliance Repair website and to the appliance repair services you request from us. By using the website or booking service, you agree to these Terms.
Service requests and appointments
Submitting a form or calling us is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment. We will contact you to confirm the date and arrival window. Arrival windows are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather or earlier jobs.
Diagnostics, estimates and pricing
A diagnostic or service call fee may apply; it will be explained to you before the visit. After diagnosis, the technician will give you an estimate. Repairs start only after you approve the estimate. Final prices depend on the parts and labor actually required.
Parts
Some repairs require ordering parts. Delivery times depend on suppliers and manufacturers and are outside our control. Special-order parts may be non-refundable once ordered.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Warranty
Our warranty covers the parts we install and our labor for the period stated on your invoice. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, improper installation by others, normal wear, or problems unrelated to the repair we performed.
Cancellations
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Access and safety
Please provide safe access to the appliance and let us know about pets, parking restrictions or building rules before the visit.
Communications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages about your service request. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out instructions.
Brand names
Brand names and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their owners and are used only to describe the appliances we service. Reliable Appliance Repair is an independent service company and is not affiliated with or authorized by any appliance manufacturer unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as food spoilage or loss of use, arising from appliance failure or from delays in parts or service.
Website content
Information on this website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
